"I use different coaching approaches based on my client's needs, but I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Often, I create exercises based on the client's needs and personality. I am an advocate for behavioral health for any person, regardless of income or existing behavioral health diagnosis. 


My customized one-to-one coaching sessions are designed to enhance self-esteem, improve problem-solving skills, and create greater happiness and fulfillment while achieving short and long-term goals."


Renae holds a Master of Fine Arts, Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Psychology and Sociology from Southeastern State University, in-depth training and state certification from Hypnotherapy Academy of America, Fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy (FIBH), state certification in Behavior Health Case Management (BHCM) and coaching certifications in Professional Coaching (CPC), Life Coaching (CLC) and Relationship Coaching (CRC) from the World Coaching Institute (WCI).

Am I too old to learn new ways of handling my thoughts and emotions?

  • ​​No way! Most of us are life-long-learners and our brains are malleable. Becoming our personal best may take some practice, but anyone can approve how they think about themselves, thoughts, emotions and actions.

Do you just work with women over 40?

  • I specialize in working with women over 40, however, half my clients are couples whose ages range from early 20's to 70's.  For individuals in their 20's or 30's, it's such delight to see them reaching out for coaching tools and better methods for living their best life. I often imagine what kind of powerful people they will be when they are over 40.

What coaching methods do you use?

  • My coaching practice uses methods derived from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). 
  • We start with self discovery, inquiry and always practice self-compassion.

In addition to working with couples, can you help with other types of relationships?

  • Yes! Relationships are not just between couples. Relationship conflict can occur within families, co-workers and friends.
  • Together, we will find a way to strengthen relationships, create healthy boundaries, while creating new tools that can improve many aspects of your life.

What locations do you serve?

  • I serve clients all over the U.S. using video conferencing or phone coaching.
  • My Oklahoma City clients have the option of visiting my easy to access office, or they can save drive time by taking advantage of video conferencing or phone coaching.
  • My office is located just off Northwest Expressway and North May.

Do you work with other professionals?

  • I have my own private practice, however, I do have a network of collaborative partners (dietician, family and marriage therapist, attorneys, and  drug rehabilitation therapists) that, when necessary, I seek counsel or refer clients to.
  • ​If you are in need of a treatment team, I can establish this support.

Do you take insurance and what are your fees?

  • Coaching services are considered out of scope managed care and are not covered by most insurance providers. 
  • I allow space in my practice for some sliding scale clients, payment plans, and special pricing for coaching packages.
  • Call for rates and set up your complimentary full session. After our session I'll spend about 5 minutes sharing my fees and terms of working together.
